Do you have a new prescription you’d like to fill with Mixlab? If you have an account, you can easily submit a new prescription request through our self-service client portal!

You can also shop available products and submit prescription requests directly on our site. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to your veterinarian to confirm the prescription. If you’d like to help expedite the process, please reach out directly to your veterinarian as well.

If you are not an animal owner, submit a prescription request as a prescriber.
