"When I first started working at Mixlab and as Mixlab's first full-time HR manager, I interviewed every person at the company and these two stories had occurred right before I was hired: 1. A client's pet had recently passed away and one of our LA employees took the time to paint a portrait of the pet and sent it to the client. 2.
